Well, happy ultrasound due date anyway. My ultrasound due date is today, and my LMP due date is tomorrow..... But apparently Isaac isn't getting a clue that he's supposed to come OUT now. Yup, he's definitely still in there - moving around, being cute :), and making me ultra-uncomfortable. We're praying he decides to make his appearance SOON. SO ready to hold him in my ARMS as opposed to my belly.
Stan and I have had a good weekend, complete with a Starbucks date on Saturday afternoon, worship with our church fam on Sunday morning, and a "night-before-due-date" date to Skies last night. I figure if I still have to be pregnant, we might as well take advantage of a couple more days (or however long) of NOT having a baby yet and do stuff that it'll be harder for us to do when we DO have a baby....like date nights.
Skies is a pretty incredible view. If you haven't been there, I'd highly recommend checking it out. We usually just do drinks and/or dessert, and though it's definitely a higher priced restaurant, we can make it out of there for $20-$25. Not bad for a super romantic evening and a phenomenal 360 degree view of Kansas City.

Anyway... just wanted to drop a line to let y'all know what we've been up to for the last couple of days. Today we are excited to have my newly-married cousin Chrysti and her hubby Leon coming to visit us. They are travelling and raising support to return to England this fall as missionaries. We are looking forward to spending time with them today, assuming Isaac doesn't decide to show up..... ;) Ya never know.
