Many of you received support/info letters from me regarding my trip to CA a couple of weeks ago to serve at Women of the Harvest's furlough retreat as their worship leader. The pic to the left is of a bunch of the gifts that we - the volunteer staff - prepared for the missionary ladies... just one of many tangible expressions of the extravagance of God's love for them that we were able to share with them on the retreat. A couple of posts down is my story of all the amazing things that God did that week - in my heart, and in the lives of some of the missionary ladies that we had the privilege of serving. The whole experience was such a sweet gift from the Lord...In order to participate in this opportunity, I needed to raise $1200, of which $1070 has come in already. Thanks so, so much to all of you who gave financially toward the trip, and to those of you who partnered with me in prayer! I do still need to cover the remaining $130 of my support in the next couple of weeks, so we're still praying for God to bring that money in. We would appreciate your prayers for God to provide the remaining funds.... and if any of you would still like to partner with us financially in this, we'd love that too! :) (Women of the Harvest/PO Box 151297/Lakewood, CO/80215) Just wanted to throw this need out there and see how God provides this last little bit of support for my trip.
